A man whose name, was 'withheld from publication -by order of the Magistrate pleaded guilty and was committed for sentence on charges of. making a false declaration that he was divorced, for the purpose of procuring a marriage certificate ; o£ going -through a form of marriage when already married; and of making a false document in the shape of a letter purporting to be, signed by a local solicitor. -, . '
