(AUSTRALIAN-SEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) LONDON, 7th April, ihe police are very hopeful regarding' a new clue to the Borden murder. Miss Meaton, a cook attached to the officers' mess at Aldershot, states , that when passing the bank at 10 minutes past 2 o'clock she saw a motor-car with a man inside. As she passed she heard a report like a motor-car missing fire. She now believes' this was a revolver shot. Later two rough-looking men were seen inside the car.
