It brings boys and girls of 14 years into the scheme, and provides for the payment of benefit to Workers thrown idle by a trade dispute in which they are not directly- concerned. Men will receive 18s, instead of 15s a week, women 15s instead of 12s, and each dependent child 2s instead of Is.
