HOSPITAL FEES
The Civic League having made all arrangements, Mr. Will Applp.ton, memberl^ the Hospital Board, will deliver a special address "in'the Codicil Chamber. Town Hall, onti Wednesday, 9th April at 8 p.m. The Mayor will preside. A general invitation is'extended to' all citizens, interested. The subject of 'Mr Appletoii' address' is "Hospital Tees and Administration,"' and as the speaker'has made a- special, stndy of "the question, •thejdiscussion should be of much general interest. Invitations have been sent to the 'secretaries .of various associations, but the Civic League, desires it to be specially : known that the members, as well as officers, of all municipal electors' associations, women's societies, and general civic organisations will ■be specially welcome at this meeting.- , . "
