• LONDON, 4th April. Work is proceeding normally at Wembley. Extra police are still present, but their number has been reduced.
The strike fizzled out ignominiously. Less than 1000 malcontents attended the. final meeting, at which Mr. Murray's announcement that there was no prospect of strike pay broke down the spirits of the strikers, who instantly trooped to the gate, 'seeking re-engagement..
