It is a grand story of the modern miss with her jazzing parties her drinks, and her insouciance, but it also credits her with a heart underneath all the gaiety of her nature, lhe settings are elaborate, and the frocking an eye-opener. There are other turn- supports, newsy and amusing, anu Mr. Matt. Dixon'a orchestra, provides a least o£ music—a big feature ci a de'ectable programme.
