(REUTBR'S TELEGRAM.) TEHERAN, 16th March. Advices from Khoramabad state that the. Amiro Emonazain and Norzor AH Khan, chiefs of the Hassanwand and Piranowand tribes respectively, with also 13 petty chiefs, were executed as tby result of recent internal troubles toare.
