HEADMASTERS AND REGULATIONS
The Wellington Headmasters' Association, with the support of the Christchurch and Dunedin branches, was invited by the Minister of Education to lay bofor him its objections to recently -razetted regulations regarding the organisation of schools There is a feeling- that tho Minister did not allow the association to show in its own way that the regulations were impracticable and undesirable. At a muctinjr o f the Wellington Association last night it was resolved to make a further effort to show that in the. best interests of education the new regulations should either be, wholly withdrawn or considerably modified.
