LONDON, 9th March.
The "Sunday Express" prophesies a General Election before the end of the summer. It expresses the opinion that members of Parliament, particularly Conservatives, who complain of the expense of' going to the polls, are not anxious for an election, but the belief prevails that a serious Government defeat will not be delayed.
