MOROCCAN SITUATION
REBELS WELL ORGANISED
MARCHING ON MELILLA,

The "Daily Express" Tangier correspondent reports that 80,000 Moorish rebels have mobilised into two divisions. One is marching in the direction of Shenbuan and Tetuan for the purpose of attacking the Spanish communications. Others are concentrating for operations in the direction of Melilla. Communications are still cut between Tizziazza and Azibmidar.
It is alleged that Moorish aeroplanes are piloted by European officers who served in the Great War.
General Weyler, Chief of the Spanish Supreme War Council, is utilising the most modern methods of warfare., including tanks and poison gas.
