CIVIL WAR IN CHINA
FOOCHOW REPORTED CAPTURED.

It is reported that Foochow has been captured .by troops under General Sun-Chuang-Wang, the Military Governor of Fukien, who drove out ' Wang-Yun-Chang. The latter, is a supporter of the Provincial' Self-Government movement.
Foochow. is the capital of the Chinese province of Foo-chien. with suburbs extending to the river Ivlin, 25 miles above its mouth.
