BRISBANE, Bth March. ' The country west from Charleville is in a state of high flood. All outdoor work on stations is suspended, and boundary riders are marooned in their huts. During the past twenty-four hours over seven inches of rain has fallen- in Charleville, where the Town Council is running boats supplying rations to the residents. . ■
