CHBISTCHURCH, This Day. Frank Victor Herbert Coull, former,ly an officer in the Repatriation Department, Wellington, appeared at the Supreme Court on charges of forgery and conspiracy in connection with the repatriation loans. The case had been moved from Wellington for retrial. Mr. P S. Macassey is appearing for the Crown, and bu- John Findla-v'for the accused. Ihe hearing may last ;liree~davs.
