DIVORCE DECREE GRANTED
An undefended divorce action was dealt with by Mr. Justice M'Gregor at the Supreme Court this morning. The petitioner was Guy Shuckburgh Collyns, civil engineer. and the respondent Jancy Read Collyns. The parties lived at Greymouth until petitioner went to the war. It was alleged that while he was away respondent committed adultery with James Wallis, a traveller. A decree nisi, to be moved absolute in three months, was entered, petitioner to have custody of the three children of the marriage. Mr. C. G. White appeared for petitioner.
