MOSCOW, 31st January. ■ Madame Krupskaya, Lenin's widow, in a public reply to innumerable messages of condolence, _ requests that there be no waste of money on monuments to honour Lenin's outer personality. She says that Lenin etoed little for such things, and urges workmen to establish and endow nurseries, clinics, hospitals, and schools. •
