MAKE DELICIOUS MUSTARD PICKLE AT HOME WITH ■.. ; % "MUSTO." Very Simple and Cheap. Always Satisfactory. RECIPE FOR MAKING WHITE CABBAGE AND ONION. PICKLE. Take 31b of white cabbage (free from green leaves) and jjlb onions (peeled); cut white heart of cabbage into quarters, then cut quarters across into slices. Slice up onions and place all into brina (£lb salt to i gallon of water), let stand 12 hours—thenNscald vegetables- in brine until tender (not soft), strain, wash, and thoroughly drain. Add remainder of THREE PINTS of vinegar and 6oz of white' sugar, arid bring to boil in an enamelledi saucepan.
