FLEET AT CEYLON
FESTIVITIES MARRED BY FATAL ACCIDENT.

A tragedy marred the festivities in celebration of the visit, of the . British Fleet. A motor-bus conveying two officers and thirty men to Kandy capsized a mile from Dambulla. Petty Officer I Wood was killed, and seven men were slightly injured. The' body has been conveyed to Kandy, where interment will take place. AH the injured were~attended to at Dambulla Hospital.
