Papevskidukis, deserters from the steamer Leeds City, were convicted of anding without permits, and ordered to be deported Pending the arrival of a suitable vessel, they were ordered to be kept in custody for a period not exceeding six month,. On a charge of deserting, a conviction was entered without penalty, and the charge of failing to take the oath of allegiance was withdrawn.
