GAS EXPLOSION
FIFTEEN PEOPLE KILLED.

At Puwtucket two brothers 'named Conway were seeking a gas escape with a lighted candle when an explosion destroyed the cottage they owned and an adjoining boardinghouse, killing all the inmates of both houses. The fatalities number fifteen.
