LONDON", 20th December.\ Last week Sir James Allen called _ number of prominent New Zealand business and medical men together to discuss his proposed scheme for financing: Jr. Spahlinger and thereby obtaining the Spahlinger serum and vuccine for the benefit of New Zealand. The meeting was a private one, but it is understood tlilit two of the medical men present con-' stituted themselves critics, add brought up certain points which required further investigation. - These questions, as well as otherswhich have arisen out of cable co*rhniUnij cations from New Zealand since Sir James launched his appeal in the Dominion, require to be answered, und the High Commissioner, therefore, went over to Geneva yesterday to see M.
