LONDON PRODUCE MARKETS.
A cable message received by the Bank of New South Wales from its Louejon offlce, dated 25th January, reads:—"Wool: iiarket very firm, competition jjood. Meriuos 7i per cent, to 10 per cent.. Tirossbred tiiie 10 per cent., medium coarse 15 per cent, above December rates. . Mutton: Wethers, 6d, BJd, declined, poor demand. Ewes, s*d, 7d, prices reached top. Lamb: 9d to lid; new, 12d; poor demand. Beef:l 3d to 4jd; little inquiry. l>ork: 7d to Sd. Butter: £10 4s to £10 (is. Cheese: £5 2s to £5 Js; markets dull." '
