Commenting on Mr. Macdonald'g interviewMn the "Quotidien," the "Eclair" gays: "Mr. Macdonald asks everything without promising France anything." The "Echo de Paris" says: "Mr. Macdonald ig at present most cautious, but he must sooner or later vote in favour of methods of reparations very difficult 'to reconcile with the Franco-Belgian policy. A violent rupture is thus possible."
