(AUSTRALIAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) ■ OTTAWA, 25th January A Montreal message says that the Canadian Pulp Paper Association's rei port states it has the Government's assurance that the pending negotiations give hope"' of a better trade agreement with Australia. The report declares that the present Government's tariff changes have nothedped the pulp paper business, but have opened the door to British competition, the effect whereof is apparent in the decline of Canada's newsprint exports to Britain. - t
