CALCUTTA MILL STRIKE

(AUSTRALIAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) DELHI, 26th January. An insignificant strike in Calcutta amongst mill hands originating a few days ago through the non-payment of a bonus at the Standard Mills has now suddenly extended. Several mills are closed, and about 11,000 operatives are involved.
