Mr. Gooch, the editor of " The Contemporary Review," contributes ah article, wherein he predicts an Anglo-American-German Entente as tho result of France's lack of judgment. /He' says that France's dictatorship is approaching its end, and Britain's power wills rise in the same degree as France's declines.
