Warren Lincoln modified his recent confession of -wife-murder many times, until he at last made a clean breast of the crime, admitting that he first shot his > wife and then killed Byron Shoup in January of last year. He burned the i bodies, but says that he debated long I what to do with the heads. Finally he cast Si hollow concrete block and placed the heads inside, sealed it up, "and gave it to the garbage, man. The police hurriedly searched the city dump, and found the block, as Lincoln described it, and inside were human remains.
