KIGA, 25th January. ■I he Soviet Government is expelling 290,000 from Mosqow owingto the housing shortage, especially Trotsky's adherents. Merchants who recently returned Jo Moscow under Lenin's new economic policy are being expelled, and the Communists are taking over their houses. Some merchants bribed Communists with £100 for the use 'of a single room.
