PUBLIC HALL, NGAIO. fpO be Floated locally (or otherwise) J- by the issue bf Debentures under the provisions of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, the Local Bodies' Loans Act; 1913, and their respective amendments, and all other Acte and powers (if any) enabling the Council in that behalf. The Wellington City 'Council hereby gives public notice that such Council proposes to Borrow (by <p,y of Special Loan within the meaning of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, and its amendments) the sum hereiinder set out for the provision of a Public Hall for the Ngaio District. .- ' ■_■ UNDERTAKING. , Provision in the Ngaio District of A PUBLIC HALL, £5000. The Coiincil proposes to pledge a Special Rate riot exceeding one) hundred and ninety two-hundredths of a penny (190----200 d) in the pound on the rateable value (oa the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the Ngaio District (being a portion of the' City of Wellington, and a portion of the. late Borough of Onslow, for which it is proposed to provide a Public Hall by this undertaking) as security for the said Loan of £5000 and the interest and sinking fund thereon. It is proposed to establish a sinking fund of I/per cent. ' ~' It is proposed that the above Special Loan shall be repayable at the expiration of a term of ten years, computed from tho Ist day of July, 1924.
