NAPIER GAS COMPANY
In the. report and balance-sheet of the Napier Gas Company for the year" ended 31st December, it is announced that a further reduction in the price of gas was made in May last; also that an interim dividend of 3 per cent, was paid on" ordinary and preference' shares to 30th June last. It ls now recommended, after providing for preference shares, that, a further dividend of 5 per cent be paid on ordinary shares, making 8 per cent, for the year. Messrs. F. J. .btoptord and A. D. Brown, retiring » directors, being eligible, offer thenwelvw for re-election.
