(BStJTEH'B TILEQIUII.} LONDON, 23rd January. The Stock Exchange opened, with a confident disposition. The Cabinet appointments are viewed favourably. Giltedged stocks sold at £ per cent, above yesterday's closing prices; consols, 55£; War Loans, 99§. Railway stocks' were i to 1 per gent, higher. Industrial concerns also participated in the rise.
