DEATH FROM DRINKING LYSOL

TE KUITI, 24th January. At about 3 p.m. to-day advice was received that, a supposed-case of suicide had been discovered near the bridge by the bowling green. The victim has been identified^ as a middle-aged man named P. Duffy, who is believed to be a stranger to the district. A doctor found that the man had drunk a quantity of lysol. He was medically attended to, but died soon after. '
