Buck Jones in "Hell's Hole" win be finally shown this' evening at the Britannia Theatre., -Tc-mofrowV offering is "The Lone.. Star Ranger," with Tom Mix in the title role. The story is an. adaptation of Zane Grey's famous book, which, . according to its publishers, has been read by more than five million people in the few years since its appearance on the literary market. With Mix, Lambert Hillyer, the director, has accomplished new heights in the field of romance. He has assembled a talented cast. Miss Billie Dove, the beautiful Ziegfeld Follies dancer, plays the feminine lead. Others are L. C. 'Shumway, Stanton Heck,. Ed. Peil, Frank' Clark, WiHwm Conklin,. QUEEN'S THEATRE. "The Common Law," a screen adaptation of Robert W. Chair' -s's famous novel of the same name, . .1 be shown again to-day at the Queen's Theatre. Co starred are Corinne Griffith, .Conway Tearle, and Elliott Dexter, while an exceptional supporting cast is included. Zane Grey, novelist, has brought his talents to bear on motion Picture production. "To The Last Man, - the first Paramount- photoplay made under the author's personal supervision, which will be shown at the Queen's Theatre on Friday, Ist February, boars the stamp sof Mr. Grey's personality. The picture shows primitive life and hate in the most magnificent country in the world. The tale is that of a feud between Gaston Isbel and Lee Jorth, leaders of two rival factions of settlers. The scenes are laid^in theTonto Basin, Arizona, and in battles which resulted from this quarrel, both factions were wiped out literally "to the last man." Jean Isbel, son of Gaston, and a leading figure in the photo-drama, is summoned home from Oregon by his father. He meets Ellen Jorth, daughter of his. father's enemy, and -"f alls in love with her. By the marriage of Jean and Isbel, the sahIguinary feud is ended. A splendid cast headed by Richard Dix, Lois Wlison, .Noah Beery, and Robert Edeson, enact many varied and' difficult roles. The box plan will open at The Bristol on 30th January. '
