CONFLICT OF LEADERS
BROMLEY'S BAIT TO N.U.R. MEN.

LONDON, 22nd January. The chief feature of the railway strike continues to be a conflict between the leaders of the National Union of Railwaymen and the Locomotive Men's Society.
Mr. C. T. Cramp, Industrial General Secretary of the National Union, declares that the position has improved since yesterday, notwithstanding an offer by the Locomotive Society to take the National Union men into their membership. . Mr. Bromley, secretary for the locomotive men, on the other hand, claims that the strikers' position is growing stronger. At'least 75.000 have struck, including thousands of National Union (tnembers.
