LONDON, 23rd January.
A sub-committee of the League of Nations has concluded its work "as regards the financial reconstruction of Hungary by unanimously accepting a loan proposal. This will Jj e forwarded to the Reparations Commission for approval. f The loan will be 250 million gold crowns, to be used in two and a half years, repayable in twenty years, during which time the Treaty charges will be limited.
The League will appoint a non-Allied ■General Controller of: certain securities, on which the Reparations Commission will raise Hens to be pledged for the service of the loan.
The terms of the protocol, which has been drawn up as regards the political conditions of the loan, provide that there shall be no political disturbances between Hungary and other nations.
