TEN THOUSAND ARRESTS
DUE TO PRESENT CONFLICT.
(AUSTRALIAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.). (Beceived 24th January, 10 a.m ) . JIELSINGFORS, 23rd January Moscow reports ten1 thousand arrests causing a panic. Officially, the arrests are ascribed tor the need for expelling undesirables in order to relieve the housing pressure. Really, the arrests are connected with th« present conflict among CJommunists.
