EMPRESS' THEATRE.
At the Empress Theatre1 an admirable screen .classic is being screened entitled "Where the North Begins." bhad Galloway (played by Pat Hart.gan), the bullying factor of a Hudson Bay trading post, loves Felice M'Tavish (Claire Adams) in his own aggressive, tyrannical way, but she in turn is beloved of Gabriel JJupre, a stalwart French-Canadian QJ alter M'Grail). The success of Phyllis and Sammy Cope is being repeated this week. Mr M; Dkon's orchestra is heard in the "Merry Wives of Windsor" overture and catchy incidental music. .
