(Received 23rd January, 11 a.m.) "WASHINGTON, 22nd January. Answering the Senatorial charge o! propaganda and the allegation that thewinning peace plan was chosen by a packed jury, Mr. Bok has announced an offer to let the Senate Committee itself select a suitable plan from among the 22,000 submitted in the recent contest. Mr. Bok added that, he would pay 100,000 dollars to the author of the plan thus selected, and defray' all the expenses of a nation-wide referendum thereon., In all respects he agrees to give the committee plan the same financial support he it according to the present plan. He explained that his offer was influenced by the intimation at the comnyttee meeting that he was predisposed to a partial- .< lar kind of plan, which he denied. /
