"The Sheik's Wife," a master picture, is the premier attraction on the programme now showing at the .Strand Theatre. The picture is a' story of warmblooded- Oriental love. Incidently it deals with a world-wide problem.of in-ter-racial marriage. The marvels of plastic surgery are shown in "Skin Deep," also being shown. Bud Doyle was a hero at the front, but when he got back he found that ' his forbidding face was still remembered by the police, In an escape from the prison his face is injured, and has to be dealt 'with by a surgeon. Bud finds that with his new face he has really a new chance, and in sensational series of adventures, he exposes the old gang, breaks with his deceitful wife, and bscomes in reality a new man. The supporting programme is varied and interesting, and contains "The Chased Bride," Neal Burns's latest Vita^raph comedy, and the latest Pathe Gazette. "
