lAMPICO GARRISON JOINS THE REBELS.

A message ' from Nogales, Arizona, states that the Mexican revolution is strengthening, having been joined by the Tampico garrison, now 2000 strong, including a crack Mexican regiment, lhe rebels are sweeping MazaUan and Tamaulipas, under three good generals. The majority, of the Mexican army is swd to be faithful. The rebels are gathering recruits hourly, and are proceeding with a businesslike invasion of big areas, ousting the Obregon officials. Throe separate bands were said to be advancing on Mexico City on Tuesday night.
