PORT OF LIVERPOOL.
The Manager ol the Mersey Dooks and Harbour Board, Liverpool, has advised the Department of Industries and Commerce that, during their pleasure, vessels which U6e the Dingle Oil Jetty for the sole purpose of taking on board oil or spirit for their own consumption on the immediate voyage on which they leave the port will be charged only 75 per cent, of the dock tonnage rates for the time being chargeable in respect of vessels bunkering only in dock, but this arrangement shall not apply to any vessel which either before or after bunkering enters any of the board's docks.
