VISUAL EDUCATION
"STRONGLY RECOMMENDED."
Visual education was considered by the Wellington School Committees' Association last evening, following a letter ■ received from the Wellington Education Board, stating that the board had received a communication from the Educational Picture Company of New Zealand, conveying a modified proposal regarding the exhibition of educational films to schools. The Picture Company's letter contained a proposal to abolish individual payment, in favour of a lump sum,, to.be furnished by the school committees of the schools to be served, and in proportion to the numbers.

..ne.. .motion of Mr. A. Sadd (Lyall Bay), it was decided to refer the Jetter back to the Education Board, with a strong recommendation that the board take the matter up and finance it.
