In the finals of the girls* singles of the secondary schools tournament. Miss M. East W.G.C.) defeated MiBS J. Sharp (W.G.C.), 40-29, for the senior championship; and Miss D Nicholls (W.G.C.) defeated Miss E. Read (W.G.C), 3016, for the junior championship.
