INTERESTING SPECULATION

LONDON, 22th November. There is much. speculation as to what will occur if Mr. Baldwin has ah insufficient majority to carry out his-pol-icy, though there_ should be a Unionist majority. The possibility of Lord De*rby forming a Cabinet, including Freetraders, is being discussed. In this connection it is interesting to note that Lord Salisbury, the Free Trade leader, has gone abroad to rest, on medical advice. An official Liberal estimate is that the Unionists will lose forty, seals, apart from the ten or twelve Unionist Freetraders who will be returned.
