AUCKLAND ELECTRIC - POWER BOARD'S £250,000 DEBENTURE ISSUE. In order to complete the purchase from the Auckland City Council of the city power plant, and the electrical system in the city and suburban areas, the Auckland Electric Power Board is raising a loan of £250,000, repayable in twentyone years.
