THE GLENFERRIE CASE CORONER'S FINDING MR, BERRIMAN'S ASSAILANTS COMMITTED. (EXITtS Mill ASIOCIAIIOK.—COFTKISST.) MELBOURNE, 26th November. The inquest into the death of Mr. Berriman, manager of the Commercial Bank at Hawthorne, who was shot and robbed, has commenced. Angus Murray and Leslie Taylor, charged respectively with murder and with being an accessory, were present in custody. Mr. Berriman'a dying depositions were read. It wag .stated that Murray, who was present at the bedside when the depositions were taken, said at the station that when Mr. Berriman was shot ho was with the man who shot him, but did not himself fire. (Received 27th November, 2.30 p.m.) MELBOURNE, This Day. The Coroner found that Mr. Berriman was fatally shot by Richard Buckley, in conjunction with Angus Murray. Ho found Bucklej and Murray guilty of murder, and Taylor guilty as an accessory, and committed them for trial. 1 Buckley has so far eluded arrest. though the police have been closely searching for him for weeks. Several witnesses identified Murray and Buckley as Berriman's assailants.
