BYLAW CASES
Bylaw cases were dealt with at the Magistrate s Court to-day by Mr C R Orr-Walker, S.M. Fines were imposed as follow:—
Caleb Bird (leaving a motor-car unattended), 10s and 7s costs; Panos Boolieris (driving a car through a prohibited street), 10s and 7s costs; William Davis (leaving a vehicle unattended), 10s and 7s costs; Harry-Hears (failing to notify change of ownership of a motor-car); 5s and 7s costs; Richard Joseph Williams (similar charge), 5s and 7s costs; George Wallace (leaving a motor-car unattended), 5s and 7s costs; Eric Finch (no rear number on cycle), 5s and 7s costs; Arthur Moody Holmes (leaving a motorcar unattended and having no front or rear lights on car), 10s and 7s costs, and 5s and 7s costs.
