HOTEL LEASE LITIGATION
In the Supreme Court to-day, before his Honour Mr. Justice MacGregor, a claim for damages was made by Thomas Thomson against Dwan Bros., the ground alleged being that Dwan Bros, had failed to complete a contract in regard to the sale of a lease of the Taueru Hotel, near- Masterton. Plaintiff claimed that Dwan Bros, had agreed to in- i demnify them in regard to the payment of the purchase money, and that defendants failed to carry out their undertaking. ■Air. C. H.
