The Presbyterian Assembly to-day re- ' ceived four nominations for the position of Moderator of the next Assembly. | After a ballot, the Rev. George Miller, of Ashburton, was nominated. An invitation to hold the next Assembly at St. Andrew's Church, Palmerston North, was accepted. A commission was appointed to deal with the dispute between the Rev. Robert Wood and the Wellington Presbytery. The Assembly will resume on Monday.
