The Magistrate at the Queeustown Police Court ordered the extradition of George Arthur Nicholas, builder, of Hastings, whose wifo issued a warrant on the grounds that her husband left her without-, making adequate provision for her maintenance. The Magistrate order-' cd Nicholas not to be returned to New Zealand till the 28th November, to give an opportunity for the parties to reach an agreement.
