NEGOZIO DIVORCE CASE
NOTHING AGAINST CO-RESPOND-ENT.

SYDNEY, 22nd November.
In the Negozio divorce case counsel for the co-respondent, Vitali, protested against the opprobrious epithets usedjregarding his client, and explained that^he did not put him into the witness-box because there was nothing to answer, and he took the entire responsibility for the step. Counsel claimed that petitioner's chief grievance was not against ' his wife, but because of his being displaced by Vitali in an important and lucrative agency business.'
